With the introduction of the ‘Right to Repair Legislation’ it is now even more important to have contractors who can be trusted to carry out maintenance work within laid down timescales and who have the right administrative and operational infrastructure to ensure all the back up needed is in place. Our success in gaining Approved Contractor status with nine Housing Associations and Co-operatives perhaps reflects this.

Our helpdesk co-ordinator and operational staff will ensure that communication is maintained with all parties, from access arrangements through to job status reporting.

For contract work, one of our Operations Management team will take control and ensure completion on schedule and to specification.

Our team of time-served tradesmen are clearly identified by their uniforms and nametags. They also receive induction as to standards of behaviour and site tidiness. The performance feedback reports we receive provide proof that we are definitely on the right track. We also have distinctive liveried vans which contain fast moving materials and plant stock to cater for emergencies and to minimise time off site.
