PROJECT: Renfield Street/ West George Street, Glasgow 

SYNOPSIS: New trocal roofing and sandstone external wall repairs were created to this existing office facility as well as full internal refurbishment over 4 floors.

PROJECT: Chirnside Community Centre, Chirnside (Phase 1)

 SYNOPSIS: Refurbishment of facility with periodic features to blend in with existing centre. Roof repairs were required to the existing facility and new stairs to tie all the components of the building together.

PROJECT: Storm reinstatement works, Carlisle

 SYNOPSIS: This large appointment comprising in excess of 50 properties in the Carlisle area, involved the careful and methodical reinstatement of the homes.

 VALUE: £1,500,000

 

 PROJECT: Abbey Mill, Stirling

 SYNOPSIS: Following the flooding of these properties the works comprised the full reinstatement and modernisation of the stock back to their former status and carried out in tight timescales.

 VALUE: £1,000,000

 

 PROJECT: Flooding reinstatement works, Yorkshir

 SYNOPSIS: 14 properties were managed and repair works carried out starting from strip out to final decoration. The entire process was managed by Donaldsons and carried out using our own skilled workforce.

PROJECT: Taybank Hotel, Dunkeld

SYNOPSIS: Upgrading of kitchen space and general refresh of rooms and living quarters for staff. Quick fast track pre Christmas works.

PROJECT: The Mall Corporation, Falkirk and Aberdeen

 SYNOPSIS: These specialist multi trade works were carried out whilst the facility was operational and tradesmen worked in shift rotation to ensure works were carried out 24 hours a day, but with no disruption to the operations.

 VALUE: £120,000

  

PROJECT: Merchant City Flats, Glasgow

 SYNOPSIS: This involves the repairs and on going maintenance of the communal areas including lighting, gutters, downpipes, slates, decoration, entrance door joinerswork and problems with sticking windows.

 VALUE: £20,000

  

PROJECT: Charing Cross Apartments, Glasgow

 SYNOPSIS: Sandstone repairs and masonry works were required externally with periodic features reinstated to the front elevation. Internally modernisation of the flats and communal areas was carried out to allow multi occupancy for the landlord.

PROJECT: Hillhead Street, Glasgow 

SYNOPSIS: Creation of 11 flats for a private developer who wished to created a niche living environment with a mixture of flats all ensuited and finished to a high standard.

VALUE: £1,500,000
