Having gained considerable experience working with loss adjusters and repair networks over a 12 year period, Donaldson Group have a very clear understanding of insurance repair and reinstatement issues. We have also successfully completed numerous higher value reinstatement works for building surveyors
Our ethical approach to insurance related contractual arrangements means that we can successfully navigate the sometimes difficult areas of repudiations, betterment and covered items. We do this by developing clear lines of communication with and on behalf of our clients.
As part of our communication development we have established a tailored IT contract management system providing clients with status reports via their Web Site or by e-mail.
We have a dedicated and experienced surveying team who visit sites, scope works and submit detailed repair estimates that are limited to actual identified damage reinstatement.
We meet the exacting performance criteria found in most service level agreements because our operational, IT and administrative systems are specifically designed around such agreements.
Feedback is provided either using our own Completion/Satisfaction forms or those of the client.
