Our objectives within this include reducing operational and capital costs, improving environmental considerations and maximising productivity of the systems used.
Our operating base is at the historic Tiles Farm set in the rolling Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire

Managing Director
Ben is a Chartered Waste Manager with a background in Organic Waste Management. He started his career path achieving BSc (Honours) degree in Environmental Science at Imperial College. Ben formed Donaldson Group in 2015 after an initial career operating and managing Food Waste Composting and Anaerobic Digestion facilities. Since starting Donaldson Group, his focus has been on bringing cutting edge technologies to the market to achieve his customers objectives. Ben is passionate about the environment and assisting the green economy to grow and thrive.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Growing up in farming family, Hugo obtained an Honours degree in Agricultural Business from Harper Adams University. Whilst there, he gained a keen interest in Renewables and Biomass through research projects, real world experience and dissertation work. Hugo joined Donaldson Group in 2017 on a part time basis while still studying and attained a permanent role in 2018 following graduation. Hugo now assists with all aspects of the business’s development. He looks forward to helping Donaldson Group to expand and assist more customers within a growing selection of industries.
